THE URBAN CLUBHOUSE TRACKMAN packages may be redeemed and used only at STATE APPAREL's Urban Clubhouse for eligible TRACKMAN usage.  Packages become active upon the first visit date after purchase.  TRACKMAN packages are personal to the purchaser, and are not assignable or transferrable.  TRACKMAN packages are subject to restrictions, which may vary from time to time, including, without limitation, restrictions on use.  TRACKMAN packages do not expire, except for the intro week offer. Introductory TRACKMAN offer available to first time Urban Clubhouse golfers only.

Treat this gift card like cash. STATE APPAREL + URBAN CLUBHOUSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or misplaced cards, or cards used without your permission. To use this card, present at STATE APPAREL + URBAN CLUBHOUSE location at the time of purchase or use it online to book your TRACKMAN session. This card is redeemable for TRACKMAN use only. This card cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. This card does not expire and is exempt from any additional fees. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
